If you use the media embed for the poll question, the image should render under the poll question. If it does not, then you may need to either use another standard poll style, or create a custom style to do this.

My site is http://www.dailyiso.com and I run a new poll every week, and it would be awesome to be able to put the image within the poll, but not under the individual answers.
