There are several different ways you can use to get your survey out to participants. In this post, we’re going to cover how to embed your poll as a website pop-up that slips into view as a slider when a visitor lands on your website:

This can help you to get maximum visibility for your poll when integrated in your homepage, or can be very useful to get immediate feedback from users in the context of the page you embed your poll into.
Share Your Poll
To get started, go into your Crowdsignal poll and click the share button in the top right corner of your screen. A share window opens up, with a navigation menu at the very top. Choose the “Website Popup” tab:

There are two ways of embedding your poll as a slider. Use a WordPress shortcode or JavaScript.
For WordPress Sites:
If you have a WordPress site you should install the Crowdsignal or Jetpack plugin to use the Crowdsignal shortcode. Simply copy the shortcode and paste it into a new paragraph block in your post editor where you want the poll to appear. This works in the Block Editor as well as the Classic Editor.
For any other Sites:
If you’re on another platform, you’ll use JavaScript to embed the poll. Paste the JavaScript code into the location on your site where you’d like to place the poll.
